Elizabeth is an I-ACT certified colon hydrotherapist. Her decision to train as a hydrotherapist came together around her desire to be helpful to others and her personal experience of the benefits of hydrotherapy.
She has had a career in health care laboratories, beginnning as medical tehcnologist in the clinical lab. Her fascination with human anatomy and physiology led her to Quinnipiac Univeristy, from which she graduated with a Master of Health Science degress in 1997. She has worked as a pathologists' assistant in Connecticut for almost 25 years. She has always felt priviledged to see the complexity and elegance of human anatomy from such a unique perspective.
Elizabeth has explored different nutritional and complementary health practices in seeking to heal her own food sensitivities and chronic pain. She is grateful to have benefited from the wisdom of many gifted and intutive healers over the years. She is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment to help others on their health journeys.
